xldconfig (cross arch ldconfig)

Xldconfig is a tool suplying ldconfig on non-native architectures.
It makes symlinks in the same way as ldconfig does. It does not create
or recreate the cache /etc/ld.so.cache.

It is useful for cross arch system installations.
