Conduit bridge for cryptonite. For now only provide a conduit version
for hash and hmac, but with contribution, this could provide cipher
conduits too, and probably other things.

After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database:   ghc-pkg recache

This requires: haskell-cryptonite, haskell-conduit-extra
